Diamonds & Rings are pleased to offer free delivery on all our full range of diamond jewellery in the UK – we will pay the shipping cost on your item. Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ which is a next day, signed for service.  All jewellery is fully insured against loss, theft and damage during shipment.

Delivery outside of the UK is by either the Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service or FedEx, once again all items are fully insured against loss, left and damage during transit. 

*Worldwide shipping is free for orders up to £600 in value plus Tax-Free Shopping at Diamonds and Rings.

For International orders over £600 in value there is a flat fee for this of £60.  Please select this option at the checkout. 

**(If you are from the USA or any other non EC country then you are saving 20% tax rate - VAT.  Tax will not be added to your order at the checkout which can mean huge savings).**

All our diamond jewellery is subject to quality testing before dispatch but please make sure you check the packaging of the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for the item.  If you have any doubts or suspicions do not accept the item and please email us immediately at customerservice@diamondsandrings.co.uk.  Sometimes we may send the ring in a separate package to the ring box or the ring may be within the same package but not in the ring box.  Don’t worry if the ring isn’t in the box...check the package thoroughly as it could be hidden safely in a less obvious place.  Again, just a little security measure.

How long will my order take?

Most items take 3-4 weeks approximately.

Diamonds & Rings’ entire jewellery collection is made to order.  We therefore require a minimum of 14-21 working days from order to delivery.  If you require an item urgently because of an occasion or planned proposal date please let us know at the time of ordering and we will place your order as a priority.  The more notice you can give us the better as it gives us more time to source the best diamonds.  This can take time due to the rareness and often limited availability of certain diamonds.  If there are any problems we will notify you immediately.  Please be aware the eternity rings and diamond set wedding bands can take 6 to 8 weeks.

Here is a guide to our delivery times:

Engagement rings: 3 - 4 weeks approx

Plain wedding rings: 7-14 working days approx

Eternity rings: 6-8 weeks but often less than this

Other diamond jewellery is usually around 3 - 4 weeks.

Can I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your item we will email you the tracking number of the parcel with a link to the Royal Mail website so that you can trace your order whenever you wish.

Is the delivery safe?

Yes, all our parcels are fully insured for loss, theft and damage during transit and all require a signature on receipt.  We only send our parcels via Special Delivery which is a special delivery service offered by the Royal Mail.  The item will be delivered by a special postman who only delivers ‘special delivery’ items.  The item is guaranteed to be with you by 1pm the following day.  It is a highly secure service which is used throughout the jewellery industry.

How will the item be packaged?

All of our products are dispatched in beautiful rosewood presentation boxes.  The box has a cream lining and has an outer white cardboard box to protect the inner presentation box.  Our external packaging is discreet and will not display any logo or hint as to what may be inside (this is for security as well as discretion).

Can my item be shipped to a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes.  Please enter these details in the ‘Delivery Address’ section at the checkout.  Please be aware that we may require documents from you to confirm your identification.  This may lengthen the process by a couple of days but we will contact you as soon as possible after the order is placed if further documents are required.

We have on occasion sent items to locations abroad.  This has been where the purchaser has a second home abroad, works abroad or is going on holiday.  Please ask us if this is something you would like us to do and we will do our best to get it to you on time and in the location required.

The item is a gift – is the packaging discreet?

Yes, none of our packages bear any company marks or clues to the contents.

I need the item urgently for a planned proposal, birthday or anniversary – can you deliver any quicker?

Please email us at the time or ordering and we will confirm whether this is possible.  In all cases we do our upmost for our customers usually with a satisfactory outcome – so please, just ask!  Although we can’t always guarantee it we haven’t missed an occasion yet......!
