What makes our engagement rings different and special?

The majority of our diamond engagement rings are ‘Wedfit’ or ‘Snugglefit’ which means that the engagement ring is made in such a way that a matching wedding ring will sit snugly against the existing engagement ring without any modification.  The diamond in the engagement ring setting sits above the wedding ring as shown in the following images.

Luxury Presentation Box with all Engagement Rings

All of our beautiful diamond engagement rings are manufactured in the Jewellery Quarter in Hockley, Birmingham and will arrive in a luxury presentation box with an independent diamond certificate and a valuation certificate for insurance purposes.  All outer packaging is plain with no logo or marks indicating what may be inside.  Our diamond engagement rings are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a signed-for service.  All packages are fully insured and will arrive with you by 1pm the following day after you receive a despatch email.  If you are planning a surprise proposal than we can send any of our jewellery including our diamond engagement rings to an alternative address if desired.  We may ask for billing address ID in this instance.

Request a Sample of your Desired Engagement Ring Prior to Order

We do have access to many samples of our engagement rings which we can post to you for a fully refundable deposit.  These samples are usually made from silver or brass and are often set with cubic zirconias.  On occassion they may be un-set.  Ordering samples gives you the chance to see the design of the ring you are interested in before purchasing the real thing!  The finger size of the ring will be a standard size (usually around a size L or M).  If this is something you are interested in please email us with the product code (found on the product page underneath the price at the top), it is helpful if can also include the desired diamond size/colour and clarity details as well as the metal of choice.  We will let you know if we have one in stock and contact you for delivery details and to take payment.  (The deposit is £80-100 per sample).

The ring sample/s needs to be returned to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery within three working days.  We will send you the return address and details with the samples.  As soon as the sample/s are back with us we will process your refund immediately.  It can however take a while before it shows up in your account or on your bank statement.
